Our Retail team is responsible for developing and managing our network of over 40 shops on high streets across the region.

Acorns wider support services teams include a range of different specialisms, each of which contribute towards delivering our vital services. These include marketing and communications, facilities, IT, learning and development, HR and finance.

Acorns volunteers

  • Around 170 volunteers help us with a variety of roles in our hospices, ranging from assisting with therapies and support groups to gardening and housekeeping
  • Around 150 volunteers support us with our fundraising and events, generating vital funds to support our care services
  • We couldn’t run our network of over 45 shops without help from around 940 retail volunteers
